Rusty often got excited and touched his friends, which they saw as hitting. During a game of touch football, Rusty tagged his friend Benji too hard, making him fall. The gym teacher explained the importance of using “gentle hands.” Rusty realized he hadn’t been gentle in other situations, like tearing papers or breaking crayons, and decided to be more careful in the future.
